I present this concept as a prelude of things to come.

I was inspired to make this concept for a number of reasons, one of them being the fact that there are so few well made LiteStep themes out there, that have enough functionality to be truly used as a useful shell replacement for Windows.

As a web developer and graphic designer, I believe that function should never take precedence over form, or vise-versa. Design should coexist with practicality and usability, without any compromise to either. Therefore, I will do what I can to contribute to and hopefully inspire others in creating usable, beautiful, and free replacements and alternatives to the defaults which corporations have so far dictated to us.

If time allows, and my skills enable me to, I would like to make this shell a reality.
